Return options:

Return of waste electrical equipment or used batteries by post or parcel service (provided they are not industrial batteries).
In-person return at our premises.
Alternatively, used batteries can also be handed in at local collection points. Please note, however, that not all local collection points accept industrial batteries.

Note on the return of industrial batteries:

For safety and hazardous goods reasons, industrial batteries must not be returned via standard parcel post. We We will organise the return or collection for you. Please contact us before dispatch. Alternatively, industrial batteries can be returned in person at our premises.

Safe handling of used batteries:

Store used batteries in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place, away from flammable materials.
Keep undamaged batteries separate from damage or leaking batteries.
Store lithium-containing batteries in fire-resistant containers (e.g. metal trays, sand beds, special boxes).
Tape over the terminals of used batteries to prevent short circuits.
Do not stack damaged batteries or store them under pressure.
Handle leaking or deformed batteries with care and wear protective gloves.
Send old devices and used batteries with the terminals taped over and securely packaged.
Do not send damaged or swollen batteries or industrial batteries by post.
